I've seen reference to online help here for those having a Pathways to Work interview but cannot find anything. I'm a member and have checked out the members section.

On this page
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/work/work-and-benefits
is says members can download the follwoing:

Getting the best from work-focused interviews (11 pages). This guide sets out the minimum level of participation required of claimants at a work-focused interview and what you can and can't be required to do.

Also mentioned here
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and...lowance/esa-medicals

Our guides also give detailed information on what happens at a work-focused health-related assessment and members can also download a detailed guide to pathways to work (work-focused) interviews,

These don't appear to be on the ESA Resources page though.

I'd be grateful if someone would be kind enough to point be in the right direction or let me know what happened to them as I have an interview coming up.

Hi Keddi

Please click on 'Help for claimants' in the orange part of the sidebar menu on the left to access the members' area.

Work-focused interviews are covered in the Understanding ESA Guide.

Best of luck with your interview

Derek
