Claiming an occupational pension for ill health

I too was awarded full pension after medical retirement. It took 3 years to get it. The key words are 'permanently incapable'. In my case they couldnt award straight away because they wanted to see if there was any chance of recovery. So it is worth keep trying.
As it happens im now back at work for the same 'firm' however in a different role. I am able to keep the pension as long as i dont earn over the amount i was retired on and dont do the job i am incapable of..
