Hi Steve,
I think they just make it up as they go along, my medical report said that I rely on my husband for dressing etc, I found it quite amusing after I had calmed down.................I don't have a husband. Not sure how that worked or how the tribunal will view that.

Thanks to everyone who commented. I suspect a little bit of desperation creeping in on my part, you successfuly park all the c**p and then this bug brown envelope crashes through the door :S
