incapacity beneifit and ni credits was created by helchis
Hi just a quick query are National insurance credits given automaticly when you are on ib are do you have to let hmrc know.im sure ive read they are paid autmaticly when on ib just wnat to check with the poeple on the site that might know for sure

Class 1 national insurance credits are applied automatically when you are in receipt of IB.

i did ask a question yesterday but that was regarding ni credits and jsa.not if they where paid automaticly which was a question that was put in my head by reading another query regarding ni credits being paid so just wanted to check that they where paid automaticly or whether there where forms to fill out.im sorry jim if i have caused any inconvinience
