Hello I'm a new member here who is about to go to Tribunal re my DLA. How I wish I had found your website before now!!!
anyway, on reading through the appeal papers, for some reason, one of the pages has my submission (from one of my DLA claims) is blanked out - it is the page about falls and stumbles. there is no reason given for blanking it out (unlike on the page that shows your account details, which does show a reason)
my question is, who should I be contacting to get a copy of the page? The Tribunal Service to bring it to their attention?
I think you should phone the Tribunal Service and inform them of any missing or blanked out pages, along with the relevant page numbers. Their phone number should be on the letter you received with the bundle; it usually takes me no more than 10 minutes to get through to speak to a clerk.
It's obviously essential that the tribunal read all your evidence, and it could result in an adjournment if it is discovered that all parties do not have the same papers.
