ESA Tribunal

I have just sent a letter to my MP for some back up on my 13 week wait for my Tribunal against ESA they have put me in the work group and not in the support group. I currently use a wheelchair when I go out and need a lot of care around the house.

Can anyone advise on what will happen at the tribunal. I have M.S.

Hi jane,

if you look in the members area at the guides to ESA you'll find one on appeals which gives information on what happens at the hearing, how to address the judge, what to wear, how to make a written submission, etc.
