DWP DLA DECISION CODES?

Hi,
I have all my papers for appeal & was wondering what these codes mean.
On the DWP decision sheet in the details it says care component not entitled - reason Code M50 - I have searched & found out it means "Conditions not satisfied" - Which I dispute as they totally ignored my statement & on the medical report that section was left blank.
It is the disability codes that I want to know about.
Main Disability Code - TO6
Secondary Disability Code - P21
There are also some hand written letters, could be:- OS, OR 05, HFR, C/P, F/E from CX

From the lack of response to your post I assume no-one here can answer your question, therefore it may be worth contacting the DWP and asking them for a translation.

The codes in question are clerical input codes for the DLA computer system.

They are of no consequence to the claimant/appellant, as they do not form part of the DM's decision. Any appeal should focus entirely on the substantive issues in dispute, which can be deduced from the DM's submission to the appeal tribunal.
