Thanks Steve, life is never simple when you can't actually use the phone, so you don't know what is actually being said or have the time to have a proper interchange of conversation.
I will write to Plymouth and explain the situation, although previous letters may as well have been written to Santa Claus with the response they got - just to clarify I got no response at all from them.
My rebate arrived this morning for the arrears ESA payment for me being in the wrong group.
A test relay call to them this morning confirmed I've been placed in the support group.
Great news I think? I've also emailed my contact at the JC plus to explain how useless the Pathway to Nowhere team really are. Not sure if it's local or national but tomorrow I was supposed to have my third interview, with the third different person.
Last time, I was asked 'do I feel ready for work?' and 'what had I done since my last interview'. Just how much are these contracts worth for these companies?
Anyway, now waiting on the decision on my DLA re-assessment, it's been 8 weeks so far, had the second letter telling me they are looking at my case and will be in touch as soon as possible. As of Monday, they haven't been in contact with my GP yet! Unless the ESA medical is enough for them to work from?
Fingers crossed.
Thanks for the support and opinions. Worth the risk at the end of the day!
