I would just like to ask this question - after you have had a medical who do you give the letter to requesting a copy of the medical report is it to the person who carried out the medical or the receptionist at the dwp centre where you had the medical? Thanks to anyone who replies

Unfortunately, if you ask for a copy of the medical report at the medical examination centre, your request is likely to be refused.
It would be better to write to the DWP office which handles your claim and request that they send a copy of the report, which they must send to you by law, as soon as is practicable.
