An appeal can possibly be made to the Upper Tribunal on points of law only, the details of which can be obtained from The Tribunals Service, or alternatively by referring to this factsheet which may be easier to understand, produced by Disability Alliance.
As you are contesting the decision to find you fit for work, you should consider making a further claim for ESA, although if less than six months has elapsed from the date of the original decision from the DWP, your claim may be disallowed. However, this will not apply if since the date of the decision your medical condition has deteriorated or you have a new medical condition.
