medical will i be seen by a doctor or a nurse and do they actually read what i wrote on my esa 50. and contacting my doctor for my records is that an option
or just pot luck.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi,
Impossible to say on time-frames, for some people it seems to be taking months to have a medical and then months more before they get a decsion. For other people it's all happenining within the 13 week assessment phase, as it should.
If you have a medical, it will be a registered health professional: doctor, nurse or occupational therapist. They may have read some of your ESA50.
Not sure what you mean re doctor's records?
Good luck,
Steve

Hi,
No, the Atos healthcare professional doesn't have access to your medical records.
Good luck,
Steve
