Hi to you all remember i told you that
Atos and dwp had back log and were not able
to cope with forms sent in.
well my inside informant tells me that because of sickness due to stress and also
less staff in some cases there are delays
in benefit renewal checks and because the
date of transition from ib to esa was geting closer she says that they cant cope
now and because of a reduction in staff and
the almost certain cut backs thousands of
new claims it will take years to get round
to the changeover. well we see now if shes
rite. the whole thing is a total mess if
i here from her again i will tell you.P/s
update phone call she has gone of sick
with stress.
