Do it ourselves

we all know how the system is designed to discriminate against the genuine claimant. Many of us have at one time or another been the victim of this or have family members who have. So why don't we actually do something about it? My suggestion is if you are able to, then why not apply to go on your local appeals committe and then at least some of us will have justice because you know what claimants are going through and when the evidence is in front of you the claimant cannot be lieing. I know everybody can't do this but I don't think it's a bad idea. What do you think?

I dont think the system is designed to discriminate against anyone, its too much of a mess to do that IMO

What I do think sometimes is that it seems people who are not sick in some cases are much better at filling in forms than people with proper claims? how often do you read in the press of someone getting dla both at top rates and seen running a marathon? there was about ten cases in wales where people from the DLA filmed people reffing football matches on IB and dla and it was not one chap it was many, then the couple getting CA IB and DLA with a web site showing them going around the world diving in the med ect ect

i had all the data a couple of years ago from the dwp and 45% of people who ask for dla got it first bash on the forms and then it was about the same again who asked for review ect got it after that the rest never did get anything not sure whats to days numbers are my last look at all the data i did not keep after i posted it on your able

I think you need certain qualifications for that, like sadistic tendencies.. I did apply but they found out I had a father, (think about it)
