new sick note no problem ,issued today, 2 boxes for doctor to tick. you are not fit for work and you may be fit for work taking in account of following advice. to employer if employed. Mine ticked not fit and off to DWP, lets see if they can loose this one, as they lost my P45 and P60 luck i keep copies of everything, its worth photocoping sick notes as well, the last on said 2months and they gave me 2 weeks, one phone call with the copy and 2months no problem!
