Subject Access Request

Many thanks for the responses. I checked with the NMC and it appears the nurse who did my assesment is registered there. Pata1, many thanks for your reply. Would I write to them and ask if she is registered there? I am getting more confused by the hour as to how to go about this.

I was going to send the Subject Access Reguest to ATOS, as I want to know exactly what qualifications in mental health she has.

Adamant, thank you for your info, I intend to send a request to DWP also, but the info you gave me was really helpful.

Marie ..thanks for your reply, it does no harm sending them to both people, don't expect too much help from ATOS, I have written to them 5 times in the past including a subject access request and did not get one single reply.. they are notorious for it.. good luck... AdamAnt
