ESA MEDICAL was created by Keith
I have to go to for an ESA medical next week at 9 am..... I am suffering from a rare form of Parkinsonism called Cortico Basal Degeneration. Am I able question the "examiner" with regard to his/her qualifications to carry out an assessment on my ability to work? I had to give up work esrlier this year and had to stop driving after 44 years on the road. The last 12 were spent as a courier earning my living that way.. I have a Blue Badge (as a passenger) and a 'Disabled Bus Pass'.
and receive MA at top rate and DLA at middle rate. Any words of advice and enouragement most welcome.

Thanks

Hi Keith,

You can certainly ask the health professional what their qualifications are and what knowledge and experience they have.

But other than their name and qualification I'm not sure you'll get much more out of them.

Good luck,

Steve
