Atos Medical - Was I at the same one?!

I received a copy of my Atos Medical Report last week and both my husband and I cannot recall having been at the same medical!!! Their report is so inaccurate and factual incorrect and really lacking any of the information we provided at the medical! We took along a small suitcase of medical information going back 10 years and provided "select snippets" for the alleged doctor to look at - I say alleged as she clearly didn't take on board all the medical conditions and information!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I am seriously going to ask for any future medical to be recorded on audio as I cannot believe it! My GP wrote a fab letter to the ever sensitive DWP stating that your Department has made my patient contemplate suicide on several occasions recently - and they still don't leave you alone or take on board how hard it is to take them on whilst being chronically ill!

I know I cannot be alone with regards to my medical - CAN I? Are there others like this out there? Let me know!

A quick trawl through this forum will reassure you that you are very far from alone.

As for recording medicals . . . try typing that into the site search box at the very top of the page and you'll discover just how impossible that is to do openly.

Was appealing before I saw the report, and am still waiting to hear about appeal (I started in January this year - but I guess they are in no rush to sort that out!).
