Hi, I have received my migration notice and have to fill that in for the beginning of June. I will be moving from ESA/SDP to UC. I gather I will get transitional relief at that point. However, my health is worsening and it means I will have to move in a few months. Am I right in thinking I will lose the relief payments at that point?
