Hi Surfmonkey
Sorry - not that I'm aware of. If you google the question it will list what's inside. Not being familiar with it, I can't tell you whether it's 100% accurate.

Hi Surfmonkey
This is what is says:
The Universal Credit journal is a section within your online account where you can communicate with your work coach, record your activities related to your claim, and track your progress, including tasks, messages, and updates on your circumstances.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of what you'll find in your Universal Credit journal:
Communication with your Work Coach:
Messaging:
You can send and receive messages from your work coach, allowing you to discuss your job search, training, or any other relevant matters.
Journal Entries:
You can add journal entries to record your activities, such as job applications, interviews, or training sessions, and your work coach can also add entries.
Tracking Your Claim:
To-Do List: The journal displays your to-do list, which outlines the tasks you need to complete as part of your Universal Credit claim.
Claim History: It keeps a record of all activities you've completed, providing a history of your claim and your progress.
Changes in Circumstances: You can report any changes in your circumstances, such as changes in income or living arrangements, through your journal.
Payment Information: You can access information about your Universal Credit payments, including payment dates and amounts.
Claimant Commitment: You can see what you have agreed to do in your claimant commitment.
Documents: You can share documents, such as CVs, with your work coach.
Report changes in circumstances: You can report changes in your circumstances, such as changes in income or living arrangements, through your journal.
Don't know whether that is any help.
