Quick update, apologies I think my questions have spread across other threads.
I have had plenty of great information and advice. Difficult has been applying it to our individual circumstances.
Having made the decision to try to navigate it, feeling sufficiently clear on all possible questions and id, health etc to hand.
Sadly failed at first hurdle as it seems the claim , became, without submitting, allocated to a work coach, and the id online also disappeared.
Ab appointment to register was offered, WD asked what had happened, we didn't even get a chance to review our answers, and try id online check,
The reply in the journal was completely oblivious to the question other than stating that a jobcentre appointment is always required for registration of a claim
Now that suggests to me, the reference number for migration from ESA support group to UC is irrelevant, and, WD had not even got round to asking for reasonable adjustments because we , that is, me .. had not understood that, I needed to request that before using the online id section.
Now, I had thought that the actual claim doesn't, go through, until you complete the id online, if it fails, then logically, you then contacted with an appointment. And at that time, I would request the reasonable adjustments.
I obviously got this but wrong .
I spoke to cab help to claim who informed me, before we started the claim, that I could go back to my answers to amend add more details etc before submitting, but due to above scenario, I cannot.
'm going to try the DWP helpline and cab again.
I will update again.
