please could someone help me,when i transition to uc,i made a phone call to uc and the call handler advised me to close my esa claims,he got me worked up,so i did as he said,as it was saying money deducted for esa..panicking i called esa and asked for my claim to be closed,i dont know what to do,will uv pay me the full amount,or do i try and claim for the new universal credit,i know nothing about universal credit,and i have gone 2 weeks with no payments even though im on fortnightly.
