How much to explain was created by AVMSurvivor
Hi everyone.
I have so many different issues, just my notes to try and prepare are already getting quite insane. And even trying to work with health services, I often have a problem - I try to fully explain complex issues and overlaps - too much overwhelming information that noone looks at seriously...
Making me think, for my PIP review form - should I just focus on what I think I are the strongest arguments for higher points? (and leave out less strong arguments/arguments for lower points?)
My only fear is that if I only make what I think are the strongest arguments... If those fail, would I be allowed to then mention all my weaker arguments as well at MR time (if MR needed)?
Or if I do not put ALL the arguments (including weaker ones) in my Review Form, does that mean I automatically lose the chance to discuss arguments not mentioned in Review Form if needed at MR stage?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi AVMSurvivor
It's impossible for us to answer your question because it has to be your choice. You have to do what feels right for you. I know you're conflicted by this - but if I said don't include some information and you didn't get the award you wanted you would think it was because you left out that information. Whether you would be right or wrong - you would never know. So I'm not copping out here but you have to do what is right for you. Remember, when you are answering a question, it's important to stay as focused as you can on the PIP criteria and whether or not you meet them.
