PIP when on state pension. was created by Unique1
I am in receipt of PIP in respect of my mental health. I was awarded 10 years PIP approx 4 years ago. I receive £434.20 a month PIP.daily living I believe.
I am in receipt of state pension so I realise I cannot apply for any new assessment or increase re change of circumstances and that’s fine. I’m not up to the trouble of all that and my condition remains unchanged.if anything it’s worse but I’m too ill to bother with any interactions, for changes.

I wondered if I am likely to hear anything from DWP I have been on state pension 2 years. is there anything those on state pension need to be aware of in respect of any changes, and what usually happens as far as any future checks ,assessments , etc
Thank you

Hi Unique1

You are not due for a review for another 6 years - so anything I say now - may not apply in the future. However, you can look at the latest copy of the PIP guide and see what should happen when you are reviewed. I would expect you to have a light touch review and be sent the new AR2 form.
