I had a successful full pip application and a light touch one. I'm now being required to go through a full form assessment again. Do I start from the very beginning or can I assume they have my original form which I can refer to? I'm struggling for time, so I don't want to repeat myself if I can help it. Grateful for any advice.
They will have your old application but you do need to complete the application form, if you need more time, contact DWP before the due date and ask for an extension.
If you kept a copy of your previous application form, which we always advise claimants to do, then use it as a template when completing the form and make any amendments necessary such as any new conditions, change in medications. Don't forget to use our latest guide to help you complete the form.
