Hello,

Do you know if for ID purposes, at Managed Migration to UC, when providing my UK driving licence, it could penalise me for PIP.
It is not because I have a british driving licence that I drive.
In fact I have never driven in the UK and not driven in all the years since my disabling health issues.

Do you think PIP or even UC could say as you have a driving licence, if you are fit to drive, you are fit to work? How can I prove I have never driven in the uk?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks and best wishes.

Hi VIA

You are over thinking things.

I know loads of people who have a driving licence and have never driven for many many years and has not affected their PIP claim.
