A Big Thank you..

I have been a member and I have been lurking and gathering all the info on Universal Credit WCA.
This is my timeline..

17th June 24- Put online application in
18th June 24- Put a 3 month Fit note in
9th July 24 -Video Call from Job centre and no commitments. Downloaded the UC50 weeks prior to claiming to start working on it with the help of Benefit and Works Guides. The paper version was sent out to me.
19th July 24- I sent the UC50 back, which was printed out and all medical evidence sent recorded delivery/track expensive but worth it, It included
PIP Award enhanced care/mobility
Medication List
X Ray reports
All scan reports x8 from 2011-2024
Evidence of other conditions
Latest Rheumatology Consultant letter 1st July 24
I think some others bits but can't remember
22nd July 24-They received it.
5th August 24- They were looking at it.
12th August 24- Video Appointment Job centre
14th August 24- Emailed CHDA they were waiting for medical evidence from doctors UC113
18th August 24- They received medical evidence form UC113
23rd August 24-Still waiting to be looked at, I asked about the UC113 and the lady said....oh we don't look at them. Then why did they ask for one?
22nd August 24- They had received the form
28th August 24-Called for progress, it was under review
4th September 24- Letter for a telephone assessment
9th September 24- Video appointment job centre
10th September 24- New 3 month fir note uploaded
16th September 24- Telephone assessment 10am......waited and waited got to 11am, post came with a letter saying that it had been cancelled as they had enough medical evidence.
18th September 24 - Rang CHDA to make sure all ok said yes "have enough evidence" and "file has been returned to DWP"
27th September 24- No news
4th October 24- 8am received letter in journal saying I have been awarded LCWRA... asked for the assessment report as well

It was a great relief to get the letter this morning but even better to know there is this invaluable place to get all the info and encouragement to keep going if things are not going as planed.
