Hello,

I am calling the pip number to find out how much my next payment is. Instead of telling me it has put me on hold to speak to someone. Could this be because I am calling too early (my last payment was exactly a week ago) but I just wanted to check if this is normal. Thanks

I've had this happen before and more than once. I've found that if I wait an hour or two and phone again it then tells me the amount and date of my next payment. Maybe it's a glitch in the PIP telephony system.
