Good afternoon after months of ruminating I contacted DWP by phone. Shared all relevant information and requested the online form. I completed the form last week and submitted this. In response this was acknowledged by DWP. Stupidly, today, I realised I was not sent any information asking me about the descriptors? I was only sent the PIP 2 form for completion. I completed how my condition/s affects me.
Please can anyone advise, Is this correct, or do DWP need to send to me the descriptors. Surely I need to evidence against (my reasoning) as to why I cannot complete a task.
