I received a letter from PIP to attend a video consultation.
However due to going through aggressive chemotherapy treatment for cancer the doctor has written me a supporting letter to say I am unable to attend due to my current health as I am very unwell.
A support service assisting me has phoned the assessment centre yesterday and they have said I did not have to attend. However I was wondering if you would advise that I send the supporting letter as well?
If so, should I send the letter to the Assessment Service requesting the video consultation or to PIP or both?
