Hi I'm deaf, have short term memory problems, and mental health issues, I lost my last house that I inherited and owned because I couldn't pay service charges - that was 18 years ago, i then bought another flat i now live in, for the last 18 years I've been on contribution based incapacity benefit and DLA ,recently been changed to contribution based esa, and still getting DLA .anyhow for 18 years I've rent my two spare rooms to lodgers to pay service charges and do annual tax returns to declare it every year for the last 18 years, I also have savings with the new bank rules should I be worried or have I done everything right

Hi Rod

Welcome to the forum.

You might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is; www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/guides-for-claimants/faq/forum.

You have done everything correct.
