Hi I contacted pip to inform them of change of circumstances I received a phone call at 4. 30 pm yesterday for a interview in 3 days really anxious is this the norm? I would like it recorded but not sure if I have time to request this. Thanks in advance for any information or advice
It depends on what you have been told. If this is just to discuss your change of circumstances - then they can make the phone call any time. If it is to do a full PIP review, then you should be given 7 days notice. If it is just about the change of circumstances I suspect they won't be expecting the call to be recorded. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't ask. If you don't contact them before the call - be sure to make sure you establish exactly what the call is for and what they are going to discuss, before it starts. Also - find out who you are talking to and whether or not they are a health professional.
