It's the same unfortunately for hundreds of thousands of others, if not millions! - Just keep fighting till the end. Go to your next stage now which is the courts tribunal. Send in your paperwork and evidence, and then when you get your case reference number, you can set up an online account, and upload any further evidence on the HMCTS website. You can also monitor your progress.
Good luck - and remember, it ain't over, till you can't progress any higher.
