Unable to Access Claimants and carers plus online PIP training was created by dinkmack
Hi, I paid for the claimants and carers plus training on the 10-12-2023 but I
can't access the videos. It's asking for a payment.
Can you help please?

Thank you Bis, sorry for messaging the forum. I panicked and didn't read properly
I've emailed the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. now.
I was hoping to get a bit of help because my pip renewal has to be in by the 13th.
I've tried contacting the DWP for an extension but they just say they're busy and ask if I want to leave a message.
I click no and they hang up.
Leaving things to the last minute is one of my problems

Hi dinkmack
The best time to contact PIP is first thing in the morning, I find phoning 8:50 am can be beneficial, as lines usually open up about 9.00am..
