I was sent the PIP Award Review form and I have returned the form. Do you know how long it normally takes DWP to contact the person? Would it be weeks or longer? Thanks.

Hi paul

We get asked this question quite a lot, but unfortunately we do not have an answer as it depends where you live.

If you sent the form back by recorded delivery, check with Royal Mail date and time it was delivered and who signed for it, then contact DWP 8.50am is usually a good time to try and ask them if your review form has been registered on the system.

Sometimes forms are waiting to be worked on even though they have been scanned in.
