Hi, is there a timeframe to get a copy of the assessors report and will it be beneficial to get this for the next renewal decision?

Hi nicurro
No, there is no time frame in which to ask for a copy of the assessors report called PA4.

Hi Nicurro
You need to ask for a copy of the assessment report (PA4) from the DWP. IAS send the report back to the DWP and the DWP are then responsible for sending it out if a claimant requests it.
