MY wife has been waiting 10 weeks since her assessment but today had the good news she has been placed in the support group(many thanks to the good advice given on this site).THe letter only gave this news without any details about points etc. is she entitled to have a report concerning the actual assessment,or will this information follow on at a later date.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

My congratulations to your wife, thank you for letting us know The decsion letters do not typically provide any details about how the decision was reached or what points were awarded. A Statement of Reasons is only produced when someone has been denied ESA. However, your wife can contact ESA an ask for these details, the followng FAQs should tell you what you need to ask for.
ESA medical – what forms to ask for?
ESA Forms
The 'prognosis' will indicate when your wife might expect to be reassessed
How often will I be reviewed
If you have any further questions please feel free to come back and ask them on this topic thread
