My congratulations to your wife, thank you for letting us know 
The decsion letters do not typically provide any details about how the decision was reached or what points were awarded. A Statement of Reasons is only produced when someone has been denied ESA. However, your wife can contact ESA an ask for these details, the followng FAQs should tell you what you need to ask for.

The 'prognosis' will indicate when your wife might expect to be reassessed
