Won appeal thanks to your guides

Thanks to the guides I successfully represented my daughter at her tribunal and she won her appeal for ESA work related. Yes it was a long hard slog, lots of reading, lots of letters ongoing since May 2012.

Our main point was that the ATOS medical had been incomplete. You can guess that DWP said to complain to ATOS and they said to complain to DWP. ATOS's findings were that they should have conducted a different assessment although they did not think it would have altered the outcome. The Tribunail panel thought differently and awarded her 27 points, 19 more than the DWP.
