got the results of my appeal this morning and after being reconsidered i have been put in the support group till march 2015, after scoring zero points at assessment and being called a liar on everything in my esa50 by the assessor, wud like to say thanks for all the advice on your site has been so useful, alot more useful than the woman who dealt with my claim at the advice centre, what i wud like to know is, can i now put a formal complaint in to atos about the assessor who got this so wrong, the thoughts that have been going through my head last few months, im surprised im still here, if i can how do i go about it? ive also asked jobcenter for my new medical report, so i can see which descriptors ive met, but they say there isnt one, so i dont understand how i have gone from zero points to meeting one or more descriptors to be put in the support group, now i have to tackle my dla as it ends end of march so doubt the forms will be coming through soon for its renewal, for all those who have scored zero points at assessments, like i did, dont give up your fight against these barbaric assessments by atos and our lovely government, as i nearly gave up my fight, but if i can do it, so can you, never give up!!!!!
