Hello All

I just wanted to let you know I have been moved from the work group to the support group today after reconsideration.

I wish to thank everyone at B&W for their support and the wonderful guides. I could not have done it without your help.

I have also been placed in SG from WRAG after reconsideration but haven't got written confirmation yet. Had a basic letter which said they have changed the decision and that was it, nothing else. I had to call them and they said I am now in SG, my money will be made up to the correct level for my next payment and a letter will come out in a few weeks. Until I get that letter I am on pins. The anxiety is causing a lot of my other conditions to flare up.

Confirmation letter still not here but had my P45 today

Hi Marisa,

Congrat's on the descision you recieved today

I have just sent a letter to the JCP, to see if they would review my circumstances.
I was placed in the WRAG on the day of my Tribunal,
since then i have been diagnosed with new health conditions, and my health has deteriorated.
How did you go about getting them to reconsider ?
Did you have to fill out any more forms ?
And how long did it take to get an answer ?
Sorry to ask alot of questions !
I suffer with really bad Anxiety, and im worried about the outcome.
