ESA Support Group

Sorry to hear you are very anxious.
In my case i did not have a medical and a nurse placed me in the WRAG. I felt i qualified for the support group. At the end of Sept i sent off my appeal form with an additional letter of support from my GP.
It is looked again before being sent to the tribunal. Another decision maker looked at my claim and placed me in the support group.
I see that you have already been to a tribunal who placed you in the WRAG. I believe ( and hope a moderator will confirm if this is correct)if your symptoms have got worse and you have new conditions you can ask for claim to be looked at again. But you could in theory lose your current award. It may be worth contacting CAB to get advice first.

You should expect to be sent a new ESA50 to complete and may have to attend a new medical, depending on your answers in the ESA50 and any additional evidence you provide.I have just sent a letter to the JCP, to see if they would review my circumstances.
I was placed in the WRAG on the day of my Tribunal,
since then i have been diagnosed with new health conditions, and my health has deteriorated.
How did you go about getting them to reconsider ?
Did you have to fill out any more forms ?
And how long did it take to get an answer ?
Sorry to ask alot of questions !
I suffer with really bad Anxiety, and im worried about the outcome.
Thanks
Emma
