Even though you have appealed, the DWP are obliged to carry out a Reconsideration of the Decision, so there is a narrow window of opportunity to have the Decision overturned before you have to wait for a hearing.
As you are a Transferee, it looks like Glasgow are handling your case rather than your usual office.
If you have any new evidence, or having seen the medical report, you believe you can clarify or elaborate on any of the points, you should send this information to the DWP as quickly as possible, so it can be included in their deliberations.
If you don't or you believe you have already submiited everything you need to in order to show you meet the Support Group criteria, then all you can do is wait to hear from the DWP.
If you have a look at the ESA Appeals guide this process is explained in more detail.

Thank you , when I rang the benefits office in Watford they asked me if I wanted to discuss it with the 'decision person' over the phone . I said no because to be honest I didnt want to get flummaxed and say the wrong thing but it has left me not knowing what is going on !
The medical report is so difficult to read, lots of type written details -one line statements. They obviously dont believe a word I put down on the form even though I have attended IB medicals previously ( a few years back ) .
