Even though you have appealed, the DWP are obliged to carry out a Reconsideration of the Decision, so there is a narrow window of opportunity to have the Decision overturned before you have to wait for a hearing.
As you are a Transferee, it looks like Glasgow are handling your case rather than your usual office.
If you have any new evidence, or having seen the medical report, you believe you can clarify or elaborate on any of the points, you should send this information to the DWP as quickly as possible, so it can be included in their deliberations.
If you don't or you believe you have already submiited everything you need to in order to show you meet the Support Group criteria, then all you can do is wait to hear from the DWP.
