Please help, very worried...

Hi,

Thanks to your help and support I completed and submitted my ESA50 form by the deadline of the 7th July.

I was due for an ESA payment today but it hasn't been credited to my bank account.

I have only just noticed and the Jobcentre Plus is closed so I can't get further details.

I haven't received any correspondence from DWP, so I have no idea what's going on.

Could it be that my form has not been successful, or anything else????

I have found this problem before and in all cases it was because of a delay in administration.
All mail does not go directly to the department dealing and this can often lead to delays.
As Gordon said phone tomorrow. Everyone I know has received payment be it a little late.

Ah, thanks soooo much, what a relief. Really did not know if they could just find me fit and stop my payments just like that.
