ESA appeal unsuccessful but still signed off sick

I had by ESA trinbual a couple of days ago and unfortunately my appeal was unsuccessful. I am still signed off sick by my doctor with anxiety until the end of September ( a long running condition of some 20 odd years) and so cannot go on JSA - in any case I would not be able to get through a job interview with my condition. What are my options now? Will the DWP stop my money, which was being paid at the assessment rate, even though I still have a valid sick note? Help please. :S
