Thank you. I finally received my medical report today - shocker! so many discrepancies. My Mum has been so helpful and posted letters off to the Jobcentre on various issues. She has also been to the MP's local office - he sent a reply from the House of Commons asking for copies of all the paperwork, so my Mum has took these in today. She has also sent copies to my Doctor. She even tried to get the Jobcentre in our area to fax a letter to the Jobcentre at Preston, and even offered to pay. They said they couldn't do that as she would need an appointment!! It's amazing how the Manager can post a letter to me within 2 days saying there is a possibility I have been overpaid, and the cheek of it, asked me if I hadn't heard within 5 days to phone their office.
I have waited 10 days for them to send me the Report I required. Also I sent a letter referring to the overpayment, there was no explanation and I am certainly not phoning their office, they can phone me, and I also told them they can actually re-imburse me for the endless phone calls I have made in the past. So they can shove it where the sun don't shine!!!!
