DLA Appeal for my 11 yr old

DLA Appeal for my 11 yr old was created by cactus
I have to represent my 11 years old. Do you advise that I take her with me. I do not know if it will be stressful for her.

Children are generally not expected to attend appeal hearings.

Whilst it's not expected of you to take a child with you, perhaps on the day that you have to go you felt that your daughter was well enough, it might be a good idea, after all seeing is believing, and I'm sure that she would be seen as a child and treated accordingly, you never know, it could just sway the panel in her favour that little bit more.
