dla tribunal

hi just got my date for dla tribunal 26/8/11 can you tell me if they base there decision on what my condition was when i applied or do they take into account my health as it is now as it as deteriorated quite a lot since then and been diagnosed with fibromyalgia i did send them drs report on new diagnosis and they said would be added to my file

The tribunal can only take into account your circumstances at the date of the decision under appeal.

As your medical condition has deteriorated since the date of the original decision, you will need to make a new claim for DLA. The claim form can be downloaded from HERE.

hi decided to go to my tribunal could anyone give me any advice on what happens when i goand what to expect

same answer I gave a month ago it will be based on what was wrong then
