Just another quic Q, I wonder do I inform them that my DLA has inreased? If so, who do I ring?
If you are referring to your local JCP/BD office who administer your IS, despite the internal interchange of information between DWP departments, a claimant is still under obligation to inform the office who administers their benefit payments of any (relevant and material) change of circumstances in accordance with Section 32 of the The Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987.

Thanks CD, and sorry for the confusion, yes, I meant inform my local benefit office. They have automatically added the premium as I got paid yesterday, however, I have had no letter outlining a revision of benefits yet from them ( the one they send out showing your total benefits whenever there is a change) and concerned as I know some of my letters have been going to the wrong address due to the postman not paying attention.
I will wait a few more days then I will get my husband to call them again to see if a letter has been sent. Thanks for your help so far.
