My Question is you we been awarded the correct points at a Tribunal but then some time up the road you get re-assessed by ATOS and the decision is reversed.
When you are reassessed after a tribunal and have your benefit stopped, it's not the tribunal decision that's being reversed; it's a new decision that is appealable.
I'm afraid it's an unfortunate cycle of medical/tribunal/medical that many claimants find themselves in.
